There are two main sections to this website: a search tool and a marketplace.
- Search Tool – This is a tool to allow you to rank properties that you are looking at, to list pros and cons and to list property details.
- Marketplace – a website where sellers and buyers of real estate can connect directly!
The development of this website got sidetracked due to other projects but we are back at it. The first part that will be active is the search tool. It looks like that should be soon. That will be followed by the Marketplace becoming active as well.
Most of the real estate search tools that we have found are linked to a particular Realtor, a real estate website like Zillow, a website for a particular real estate office or other sites like an auction site or for-sale-by-owner site. What we provide is one place to list, sort and evaluate properties you are looking at regardless of the different sources. If you change which Realtor you are working with in the middle of your search, you still have your list.
