There are two main sections to this website; a search tool and a market place.
- Search Tool – This is a tool to allow you to rank properties that you are looking at, to list pros and cons and to list property details.
- Market Place – a website where sellers and buyers of real estate can connect directly!
The development of this website got sidetracked due to other projects but we are back at it. The first part that will be active is the search tool. It looks like that should be soon. That will be followed by the Market Place becoming active as well.
Search Tool
Most of the real estate search tools that we have found are linked to a particular Realtor or real estate website like Zillow, a website for a particular real estate office or other sites like an auction site or for-sale-by-owner site. What we provide is one place to list, sort and evaluate different properties you are looking at regardless of the source. If you change which Realtor you are working with in the middle of your search, you still have your list.
